Major local time & local weather revamp. Code used to pull wttr.in requests server-side. Now it pulls the client's IP, parses it through ip-api.com to get a location, and sends a request to wttr.in for weather and time data. |

Fixed minor issue with the local time & weater implementation. Wttr.in was giving me invalid timezone values, so I parse them now directly from ip-api.com. |
